helpful staff easy parking baby roach gm card

the staff was helpful. easy parking was provided with a direct elevator to all floors. it's an older hotel, THE room was nicely refurbished.

a baby roach was in the bathroom overnight. i told the receptionist and was given the gm card to email. i plan on doing that later

river view easy parking customer service daily refresh

the room had a nice river view, i noticed it especially at sunset. i also found the easy parking very helpful, and an elevator went directly to all hotel floors.

Some staff lacked basic customer service training, this was an issue. after waiting at breakfast, a staff member refused to tell us when bacon would arrive. the room was not refreshed each day. This was annoying.
